Mr Paul Kerr BCL
Paul graduated from University College Dublin and was admitted as a solicitor in 1975. He practised as a solicitor in various capacities until late 1989 from which time he has practised as a Legal Cost Consultant in partnership with his wife, Patricia A Kerr who is also a qualified solicitor. Their practice is one of the leading cost practices in Northern Ireland and their client base includes not only individual firms of solicitors but also the professional bodies, government departments and public agencies. As a leading Costs Consultant Paul is required to have a detailed and comprehensive knowledge of the legal framework of Legal Aid as very many taxations are against the Legal Aid Fund.
