Catherine Mallon is a qualified Solicitor having obtained her law degree with Queen’s University Belfast and her Solicitors qualification (with credit) from the Institute of Professional Legal Studies, Belfast. Catherine trained with a large and well established practice in Belfast, based primarily in their Litigation department.

Catherine built on her knowledge of Solicitors’ costs during her time with this firm and prepared a number of Judicial Review and Court of Appeal cases for Taxation. Since establishing CM Legal Costs Consultancy, Catherine has developed her experience and knowledge working and advising on Matrimonial Costs, High Court Costs (Judicial Review, Court of Appeal, Defamation, Personal Injury, Environmental Pollution etc) and County Court Costs.
